Music major/recent graduate discount. We know this is an important time of your life to develop your professional skills, so we instituted a $100 tuition discount to help you get more training. Here's how it works:

  • You are eligible for this discount if you are in an undergraduate or graduate music degree program, or graduated from one in the spring of 2017 or later, and you register for the Main Program, or for the Main Program plus a Special Package.
  • You will have the opportunity to let us know that you are eligible for the discount when you register for the Main program.
  • We will ask you to let us know the name of your degree program and graduation date. Please bring your student ID card to check-in.
  • $100 will be deducted from the balance due when you check in.

Bring-a-friend discount. Once you have registered, you can save $100 on your tuition balance by bringing a friend! Here's how it works:

  • First, register for the Main Program, or for the Main Program plus a Special Package.
  • Bring a friend who has never attended any Well-Balanced Pianist (or Balanced Pianist) program before.
  • Be sure that you and your friend let us know that your friend came to us through your recommendation.
  • $100 will be deducted from the balance due when you check in.

What students say

"Judy Huston understands my body more than anyone else I've encountered."
—Rebecca Olsson, Pianist and Vocalist

"Before studying with Teresa Dybvig, I had studied with several prominent teachers of the Taubman Technique for nine years. Although I made some progress, it was not until I started studying with Terry that my technique finally came together... Terry helped me regain my proper posture and hand shape... Terry not only was able to balance my body; her focus is always on musical expression. She has a unique gift of balancing the teaching of technical skills with the expression of music. I am finally beginning to be where I want to be in my piano playing. I am convinced that this is due to Terry's high quality teaching."
— Thomas B. Stuart
Accompanist and Collaborative Pianist
